Useful information about delivery
You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep.
We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time.
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Custom orders may take longer to get Shipped out and delivered do to size and engravings times, finishing process, curing times and work volume.
Custom orders ship out within
1 to 4 business days depending on finishing process.
Or until we no longer accept custom work orders do to work volume to meet the holiday season demands.
There are no guarantees for on time deliveries as we have no control over the carrier service once an order has left our shop or orders that have been placed after the 17th December.
